阐述了双金属元件的尺寸、电阻率、比弯曲、弹性模量、最大负荷应力、线性温度范围等对变形量、脱扣推力、温升等参数对性能的影响,进而介绍小型断路器双金属片的选用和确认方法,提出了“理想产品”和“带宽”的概念,给出了评价产品设计的计算过程,并举例说明。最后建议在满足产品动作性能的情况下,应努力降低发热功率。

The effect of the dimension and the physical values of the bimetals on the performance were discussed, the selecting and confirmation method for the bimetals of the miniature circuit breaker were introduced. The concepts on 'ideal products' and 'band width' were proposed. The calculation process for the evaluation of products design was given, and was illustrated with examples. And finally, a suggestion which every effort to reduce the heat loss of the bimetals should be made under meeting the need of active characteristics was also given.
