摘要
针对目前Pro/E软件的应用大多数集中在其CAD功能上,而Pro/E的CAM功能未能得到充分的应用以及CAD功能的应用中很多设计过程存在重复劳动的问题,研究了在Pro/E系统下运用Pro/E的二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT实现CAD/CAPP/CAM集成的一般方法,并利用动态链接库(DLL)方式实现了使用VC++6.0的MFC类库对应用程序用户界面的开发.从系统总体设计及各功能模块的构建等方面给出了详细的设计方案,实现了相关过程的自动处理,提高了Pro/E系统的实际应用程度.
Aimed at recently existing problems in the application of software Pro/E such as the unique employment of CAD function,insufficient usage of CAM function, and repeated labor of designing processes during CAD function employment,a general method for implementation of integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM is developed by using the secondary development software Pro/TOOLKIT in the system of Pro/E.Besides, the mode of dynamic link library (DLL) is also used to realize the development of user's interface with the utility programs,using the libraries of MFC category in VC(++)6.0 .In this paper,a detailed design scheme is given for overall design of the system and the building-up of various functional modules,so that automatic processing of related processes is realized and actual application level of Pro/E system is improved.
