摘要
在对半导体制冷实验研究的基础上,模拟小空间(1m3)的制冷环境,对影响半导体制冷的因素进行了讨论.实验结果表明,半导体热电堆两端的散热器和散冷器的结构是影响半导体制冷效率的一个很重要的因素,热电堆的工作电压和电流与制冷效率也有着密切的关系.该研究结果对半导体制冷技术在实际空调系统的进一步发展和应用具有一定的指导意义.
The factors that affects the efficiency of semiconductor refrigeration are discussed on the basis of experimental investigation by imitating the refrigeration environment in a small space(1 m^3). The experiment result shows that the structure of radiators at both sides of thermopiles is a very important factor to affect the refrigeration efficiency. The refrigeration efficiency also has close relation to the voltage and current of the thermopile. The experimental result can to some extent be a guidance for further development of semiconductor refrigeration .and its application in the practical air-condition system.
