上海市中小学体育教师教育价值取向现状分析

Value Orientation of Shanghai Primary and Middle School PE Teachers

以文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等为主要研究方法,在对上海市中小学体育教师及其所任教的中小学学生进行调查的基础上,分析了上海中小学体育教师教育价值取向的主要特征。结合上海的社会发展及教育改革情况,对如何认识、利用和发展体育教师教育价值取向以促进上海的教育发展进行了探讨。

On the basis of literature study,questionnaire and statistics,the author analyzed the maincharacteristics of PE teachers' value orientation.Having studied the social development and educationalreform in Shanghai,the author probed into the acknowledgement,application and upgrade of PE teach-ers' value orientation so as to accelerate the development of education in Shanghai.
