The thesis is a kind of reasearch on dyanic deontic logic.Deontic logic is a new realm of philosophical logic. people pay little attention to dyanic system In order to make more people understand dyanic deontic system, firstly I have introduced the history of dyanic system as intensively as possibe .Then, I analyse the reasons of proposing dynadic system,and point out its' merits and demerits. In the end, I draw a conclusion and point out the way for further developing.
