摘要
在对近5届夏季奥运会人才资源相关资料研究的基础上,分析了奥运人才资源的需求特点、结构和职能,提出了2008年北京奥运人才资源开发与培养策略。
On the basis of the research which was about the previous 5 Summer Olympics,the author analyzed the characteristics of the demands,structures and functions for the Olympic talents.The author also introduced the development of talents resource and the research into education of Beijing Olympic Gmes in 2008.
