摘要
目前我国日用搪瓷产品耐酸性测定已采用ISO-2722-1973(E)标准。该标准对耐酸性的要求比原GB-2633-81标准要高得多。 酸对瓷釉的侵蚀是由H^+和H_2O活度决定的。柠檬酸的电离常数Κ=8.00×10~4,而醋酸的Κ=1.75×10~4,即柠檬酸的强度比醋酸强45倍。ISO标准采用10%柠檬酸(室温),而GB标准是4%醋酸(微沸),两种酸液的浓度也相差2.5倍。因此,提高日用搪瓷的耐酸性能就成为当务之急。 影响瓷层耐酸性的因素较多,涉及釉料熔制程度、球磨细度。
A cross experiment designed for titanium white cover coating enamel compositions has been used to study the influence of B2O3,Na2O3,CaO and ZnO content on the citric acid resistance.It has been eomflrmed that the proper proportions of the components is reckoned aa very important to deduce the structural state of Al2O3,B2O2 and SiO2 The enamel and thespecial stress is laid on regularity of acid resistance of emamel relatedto ψB has also been found.
