摘要
为了研究我国脂肪型猪与引入的瘦肉型猪ob基因的蛋白表达差异,用Western杂交比较检测了内江猪、八眉猪、长白猪和杜洛克猪的血清Leptin水平。结果发现,脂肪型猪体内存在Leptin抵抗现象,血清Leptin水平比瘦肉型猪高3.23倍;同时发现一个大小约为33ku的蛋白与Leptin有一定的结构同源性,该蛋白也可能是Leptin的二聚体;另外,脂肪型猪ob基因的表达高于瘦肉型猪,二者肥胖程度和瘦肉率性状的差异可能还存在与ob基因表达有关的机制。
To investigate the expressional differences of ob gene between obese and lean swine,Western blotting and software Bandscan were employed to analyze the serum Leptin levels of Neijiang Pig,Bamei Pig,Landrace and Duroc.We found that Leptin resistance lies in obese swine;the serum Leptin level in obese swine is 323% higher than that in lean swine;a new peptide of about 33 ku in swine serum,which might be dimer of Leptin too,is structural homologous to Leptin.The fatness differences between obese and lean swine may be due to the pattern of ob gene expression.
