摘要
分别用ZnCl2和ZnSO4处理豆粕、棉籽粕、菜籽粕和胡麻粕等4种饲料,用尼龙袋法测定蛋白质在瘤胃的降解率,探讨锌盐对饲料蛋白质的保护效果。结果表明,ZnCl2和ZnSO4可以降低饲料蛋白质在瘤胃的降解率,能够保护饲料蛋白质,提高过瘤胃蛋白的数量。从降解动力学分析,ZnCl2或ZnSO4降低了饲料蛋白质的快速降解部分和降解速度,从而降低了蛋白质的有效降解率。0.5%ZnCl2处理可使豆粕、棉籽粕、菜籽粕和胡麻粕蛋白质的有效降解率分别降低8.2%,3.8%,14.9%和9.8%;0.65%ZnSO4处理可使豆粕、棉籽粕、菜籽粕和胡麻粕蛋白质的有效降解率分别降低6.4%,12.6%,11.7%和15.4%。
The effects of treating soybean meal (SBM),cottonseed meal (CSM),rapeseed meal (RSM) and flax meal (FM) with zinc chloride at 0.5% of DM content,with zinc sulfate at 0.65% of DM content respectively,on CP degradability in the rumen were investigated.The trial results showed:(1) CP effective degradability was decreased by ZnCl_2 or ZnSO_4 treatment.With 0.5% ZnCl_2 treatment,CP effective degradability was decreased by 8.2%,3.8%,14.9% and 9.8% for SBM,CSM,RSM and FM respectively.With 0.65% ZnSO_4 treatment,CP effective degradability was decreased by 6.4%,12.6%,11.7% and 15.4% for SBM,CSM,RSM and FM respectively.(2) CP effective degradability was decreased by ZnCl_2 or ZnSO_4 treatment,which reduced immediately the degraded fraction and degradation rate.
