摘要
目的初步观察不同部位脂肪组织的分泌功能,以及血管紧张素Ⅱ和他汀类药物对脂肪组织分泌IL-6的影响。方法检测体外培养的人内脏及腹部皮下脂肪组织在加用阿托伐他汀及血管紧张素Ⅱ后IL-6的分泌情况。结果内脏脂肪组织分泌IL-6(2 042.98±585.95 pg/g组织)高于皮下脂肪组织(1 390.45±293.15 pg/g组织,P<0.05);血管紧张素Ⅱ使内脏及皮下脂肪组织分泌IL-6增加分别为19%和18%;阿托伐他汀可使内脏及皮下脂肪组织分泌IL-6降低25%和21%;内脏及皮下脂肪组织分泌IL-6与体重指数均呈正相关(r分别为0.85、0.69,均P<0.01)。结论脂肪组织可分泌炎性细胞因子,存在部位差异,且与肥胖程度有关。血管紧张素Ⅱ可刺激其分泌增加,阿托伐他汀可抑制其分泌,该结果为临床防治心血管疾病提供了新的思路。
Objective: To detect the secretion of different adipose tissue and observe the effect of angiotensinⅡ and statin on release of IL-6 from adipose tissue. Methods: To detect the secretion of IL-6 from adipose tissue in vitro before and after angiotensinⅡ atorvastatin application. Results: IL-6 release from omental adipose tissue (2042.95±293.15 pg/g tissue, P <0.05); AngiotensinⅡ increases the release of IL-6 from omental and subcutaneous tissue by 19% and 18%, respectively, and atorvastatin supresse IL-6 release from omental and subcutaneous adipose tissue by 25% and 21%, respectively; IL-6 release from omental an subcutaneous adipose tissue is positively associated with body mass index (r=0.89, 0.69, respectively, both P<0.01). Conclusions: Adipose tissue can secrete some kinds of cytokine which are associated with depot difference and obesity. The effect can be stimulated by angiotensionⅡ and be suppressed by atorvastatin. The result provides a new clue for the prevention of cardiovascular disease.
