UW液保存失当致移植肝原发性无功能

Primary nonfunction of graft liver due to being preserved with unproperly stored UW solution

目的分析University of wisconsin液保存失当导致移植肝Primary nonfunction的原因。方法将保存失当的UW液灌注供肝。结果移植肝发生急性的肝窦内栓塞继发肝静脉栓塞,下腔静脉栓塞。结论保存不当的UW液不能用于供肝的灌注,否则将导致严重的移植肝原发性无功能(PNF)。

Objective: To analyse the causes related to the primary non-function(PNF) of the graft liver preserved with unproperly stored UW solution. Methods: To perfuse the graft liver with the unproperly stored UW solution. Results: The graft liver developed acute embolism in the liver sinus, followed by embolism of the hepatic vein and inferior vena cava. Conclusions: The unproperly stored UW solution should not be used to perfuse the graft liver, otherwise it will lead to serious PNF.
