用于牙冠和牙面修复的新型生物微晶玻璃

摘要 近二十年来,对用于人造骨和人造齿根的生物玻璃和生物微晶玻璃,国内外已进行了大量研究并成功地通过了动物实验,目前正处在临床应用试验阶段。但在研制修复齿冠和牙而材料方面,具有更高的要求。不仅要求力学强度和硬度更高,化学稳定性更高(抗唾液的浸(?)和冲刷、抗食物的酸碱、抗大气的侵蚀)和热稳定性良好,而且应具有与天然牙相近的外观和色泽。此外。 A New bioglass ceramic material for dental restoration was developed by the combination of erystallization and hydrothermal synthesis processes based on the CaO-SiO2-P2O5 glass system.In this material,the major crystalline phase of the apatite solid solution [Ca10(PO4)6F2-x(OH)x] similar to the natural dentin [Ca10(P04)6(OH)2] in structure and composition was identified by DTA,XRD and IE.The final material had a high bending strength(142MPa),high fracture toughness (4.75 MPa·m1/2),high hardness(VHN5.33GPa).Moreover the density,refractive index,thermal expansion coefficient and translucency were approximate to natural tooth.The material showed a high durability in the pseudo-salivary solution and had non-toxicity and excellent tissue compatibility.Therefore,this material is expected to be an excellent dental restoration used for artificial dental crown and aesthetieal veneer.
