Application of Thermal Insulation Technique by Electro-Heating up Heavy Oil Pipes to Glass Tank Furnace

一、前言 一般以重油为燃料的玻璃厂,对重油在送入池炉油枪之前均予以必要的粘度(温度)调节,这是因为重油粘度对燃烧器的工作状态具有直接的影响。在池炉的重油燃烧系统中一般都设有重油的加热控制设备。以实现重油的粘度调节。 然而,在实践中,因各种因素相互牵制,要使到达油枪的重油温度完全满足工艺要求有时还颇为困难。比如在遇到枪前重油温度偏低(特别在冬季)的情况时,油枪雾化不佳。对此,我们固然可以通过提高重油加热器的设定温度来作一定的调整。

Electro-heating up heavy oil pipes enables to get proper and constant viscosity of heavy oil required by oil burners,especially this method is suitable for those factories where no sufficient steam could be supplied.The electro-heating elements,method,power regulation and instructions were also described in the present paper.
