一、前言 混合煤气发生炉炉内分为渣层、氧化层、还原层、干馏层和干燥层。这种料层分明的气化煤的方式,在全煤气发生炉中是可以做到的。但在半煤气发生炉中,因向煤气发生炉内送入的气化剂量占燃烧所需总气化剂量的40~70%,因此,炉膛内空间气体温度很高,难以做到象全煤气发生炉那样,把料层依次分为渣层,氧化层、还原层、干馏层和干燥层。 传统的半煤气发生炉燃烧室,其炉栅为条状炉栅或阶梯炉栅,整个炉栅都按同一倾斜角布置。炉栅的倾斜角通常在38~43(°)范围内,根据燃料的自然体止角、燃烧的结焦性。
Due to the fact that no clear reaction zones are formed in semigas producer,for the sake of cut down coal consumption different grate designs for different sections were proposed in which a coal section,a transition section and a hot-red coke section were divided lengthways.
