Role of PK scalpel in laparoscopic operation subtotal hysterectomy

目的 探讨PK刀在腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术中的应用价值。方法 比较PK刀、单极电刀和双极电凝钳在腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术的手术时间、出血量、术中术后并发症。结果 与单极电刀、双极电凝钳相比 ,PK刀能明显减少出血量 ,缩短手术时间。结论 PK刀在腹腔镜手术中具有一定的优势 ,改变了传统高频电刀的某些不足 ,有一定的应用价值。

Objective: To evalute the clinical effects of plasmakmetic scalpel (PK 73) on laparoscopic operation of subtotal hysterectomy. Methods: The bleeding volume,operation time, intraopertive and postoperative complication among monopolar electric scapel,dipolar coagulation and PK scalpel were compared.Results: With the help of PK scalpel ,the operation time was shortened,the bleeding volume lessened. Conclusion: PK scalpel is a very good medical device for laparoscopic operation.
