摘要
研究了杨木单板表面化学镀镍过程中 pH值和温度变化对镀层的电磁屏蔽性能和表面导电性能影响。用扫描电镜和能谱分析了镀层结构和含磷量。结果表明 ,pH值和温度升高 ,电磁屏蔽性能和表面导电性提高 ,但达到一定值后 ,电磁屏蔽性能和表面导电性又有所下降。杨木单板经表面化学镀镍后 ,表面完全被金属镍覆盖 ,金属感增强 ,并且镀层中磷含量较低 ,镀层为晶体结构。
The effect of pH and temperature on electromagnetic shielding and surface conductance of nickel-plate was studied in the course of processing electroless nickel-plated poplar veneers. The structure of nickel-plates and the content of phosphorus were analyzed with SEM, XRD and electron spectroscopy. The results show that the electromagnetic shielding and surface conductance of electroless nickel-plated poplar veneers increase with pH and temperature. However, those will decrease when pH and temperature are up to a certain value. The surface of electroless nickel-plated poplar veneers is covered with a layer of Ni-P entirely,which makes poplar veneers more like metal. The nickel-plate is crystal structure and the content of phosphorus in it is very low.
