摘要
以多体系统理论为基础,应用碰撞伤害模拟软件MADYMO建立基于美国韦恩州立大学侧面碰撞台车试验基础上的三维多体数值仿真模型。此仿真模型包括选用的MADYMO数据库中的BIOSID侧碰假人模型、Heidelberg型座椅模型、相关台车环境模型及缓冲材料模型。应用模型分4种碰撞条件进行模拟研究,通过比较分析模拟结果与台车试验结果在量值和变化趋势两方面的一致性,验证所建数值仿真模型的有效性,为应用此模型进行侧面碰撞下乘员骨盆响应的研究提供有效手段。
On the basis of multibody system theory,such a Victim Simulation software as MADYMO software is introduced to research some problems in the dissertation.Using this software to set up 3D numerical model of multibody based on sled test in side impact in Wayne State University,including a BIOSID side impact dummy model selected from databases of MADYMO software,a Heidelberg-type seat model,some sled surrounding model and padding model.The numerical model is used to simulate side impact situation under four conditions of crash.The coherence is obtained in two aspects of value and variety trends between model results and test results through analyzing and comparing ,and then indicates that the model is effectively used to research response of pelvis in side impact.
