装备使用效能评估模型及扩展

Evaluation model and expanding of equipment use effectiveness

针对装备使用过程中的可靠性、维修性及保障性难以统一量化的问题,提出了装备使用效能的概念。使用效能是装备可靠性、维修性及保障性在使用过程中的具体量化指标。利用ADC模型的基本结构,通过拓展装备从完成单阶段单任务到多阶段多任务以及可用度矩阵、可靠性矩阵、能力矩阵的构造,给出了不可修装备使用效能评估模型的综合表达式。此模型对不可修装备的可靠性、保障性的综合权衡和优化等提供了依据。

The use effectiveness concept is studied aiming at difficult quatization of reliability and maintainability and supportability in use of eguipment. By use of basic framework of ADC model, the integrated expression of use effectiveness evaluation model for unrepairable equipment is deducted via construction of availability matrix and dependability matrix and capability matrix and the model of expanding from single-mission in single stage to multi-mission in multi-stage performed by the equipment. It provides gist to tradeoff or optimizing of RMS.\;
