公有制生产关系建立有其理论上的依据和现实生产力基础。它是社会主义的经济基础。但现今一些公有制经济,特别是一些国有企业,在经营中不少陷入了困境。正确认识、处理这方面的问题,需要我们有历史的、全局的思维方式。在此,任何缺乏政治远见、片面短视的行为,都会在实践中酿成大错。

The establishment of public-owned economy system has its theoretical and realistic foundation—socialist economy foundation. But nowadays, some public-owned enterprises, especially some state-owned enterprises, have got involved into troubles. To realize and deal with the problems correctly needs a historical and all-round thinking way. So any behavior of near-sightedness in politics will bring a blunder in practice.
