摘要 为拖拉机动力传动系统硬件在环(HIL)仿真研究建立柴油发动机调速特性数学模型,用于控制电机使其产生与柴油机调速特性尽可能匹配的转速-转矩特性。文中用一组简单曲线函数叠加,构造一个包含调速手柄位置和发动机转速两变量的全范围连续调速特性函数模型,既能反映发动机外特性,又能反映不同负荷调速特性,各部分特性曲线连续过渡。仿真和试验对比结果表明模型可以代表发动机的静态和动态特性,其连续性和简单函数结构有助于控制器的设计及实时应用。 The objective of this research is to develop a diesel engine governing characteristics model for the hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation study of tractor system. The model is used to control an electric motor so that it produces torque-speed characteristics closely matching those of a diesel engine. A set of curve functions are added to construct the diesel engine governing characteristics that is a continuous function of the governor control position variable and the engine speed variable in the engine operating range. By comparing the simulation and experimental results, it is showed that the model could represent engine static and dynamic governing characteristics. The continuity and simple function structure is of benefit to the controller design and real-time implementation.
