摘要
研究由柱塞式变量泵和定量马达组成的静液驱动无级转向系统的液压闭锁能力.通过对转向系统液压闭锁能力的理论与试验分析,获得了系统液压闭锁能力与液压油粘度、泵输入转速、马达负荷转矩和马达机械效率等参数的关系.研究表明,合理匹配转向系统,利用静液驱动无级转向系统的自身闭锁能力可保证车辆直驶的稳定性.
Zero differential power-split hydrostatic transmission forms a drive box for an armored tracked vehicle that combines a mechanical power-shift mechanism and the hydrostatic steering mechanism forming a hydrostatic unit with a variable displacement piston pump and fixed displacement motors. The present study describes the braking capacity of the hydrostatic unit. Its braking capacity is effected by fluid viscosity, system pressure, pump speed, mechanical-hydraulic efficiency and volumetric efficiency, etc. Through theoretical and experimental analysis, the braking capacity is found to be enough to brake-steer the driveline of the vehicle in running straight.
