百年乐对体外自由基清除作用的研究

Scavenging Effect on Free Radicals of Bainianle

百年乐是广西中医学院制药厂开发的抗老健身中成药。本文采用电子自旋共振测定技术,研究了百年乐在体外对常温下稳定的1,1-二苯基-苦基肼(DPPH)自由基及其具有生物活性的超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基的清除作用。结果证明百年乐是一种有效的自由基清除剂,对前述三种自由基均具相当强的清除能力,提示百年乐可能通过清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化损伤而发挥其抗老健身功效。

Bainianle is a newly-developed anti-aging agent of traditional Chinese medicines from old prescripions used in the emperors'court. Pharmacological studies have shown that it has anti-aging effectives and effective in the treatment of some diseases of the old men. The anti-aging mechanism was studied by electron spin resonance (ESR)technique. The results showed that Bainianle has strong scavenging effect not only on DPPH,a stable free radicals,but also on other biologically active free radicals,such as superoxide anion and hydroxyl radicals. Bainianle is a scavenger of the free radical and also has the inhibiting activity on lipid peroxidation.
