摘要
目的探讨高温高湿环境犬肢体火器伤后机体应激性变化特点,进一步了解这一特殊环境下火器伤机体及局部组织损伤变化规律。方法将12只犬随机分为两组,高温高湿组、常温常湿组,致伤后分别给予相应气候条件处理,于0、2、4、6、8、12、24h抽取外周血,检测皮质醇与胰高血糖素含量变化。结果伤前及伤后即刻两组动物外周血皮质醇与胰高血糖素含量无差别;伤后4h以内二者均呈上升趋势;4h后高温高湿组上升趋势明显高于常温常湿组。结论高温高湿环境因素与火器伤因素同时作用后机体应激变化更为显著,与机体及局部组织损伤情况一致。
Objective To investigate the hormonological changes in canines with gunshots on limbs in the hot and humid environment. Methods 12 canines were divided into two groups randomly:hot and humid environment (HHE)group, and normal environment (NE) group. HHE group was managed under Tdb (35.30±0.54)℃ and Rh 71.67±4.72%, while NE group managed under Tdb (27.42±1.37)℃,and Rh(50.25±6.74)%. The canines were taken to the above mentioned special environments as soon as the injury was induced. The contents of Cortisol and Glucagon in peripheral blood were assayed at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24h respectively after the injury. Results The contents of Cortisol and Glucagon tended to rise after gunshot injuries, and the changes in HHE group were more sensitive than those in NE group after tissue injury. 4h after injury the contents of Cortisol and Glucagon were much higher in HHE group than in NE group. 16h after injury the contents of Cortisol tended to decline, and 24h after injury they were lower in HHE group than in NE group. Conclusion The effects of environment and gunshot wound together can make the hormonological changes greater, as they can the wounded tissue,so the wounds must be treated properly as early as possible.
