摘要
罗布麻纤维经氢氧化钠改性后,纤维的聚合度、结晶度和取向度都有不同程度的下降,氢氧化钠浓度由低变高,染料在纤维上的上染率有明显提高,与未改性纤维相比各类染料在纤维上的上染率分别提高16.2%-34.3%。碱改性还能使麻纤维产生物理化学变化和结构的变异,这使麻纤维的回弹性和柔软度得到改善,抗皱性能提高,大大改变了其制品的服用性能。
After the Kender fiber being modified with sodium hydroxide, the degree of fiber aggregation, crystallinity and the degree of orientation would have decreased to a certain extent, the dye uptake on the fiber was obviously improved with the increase of the concentration of sodium hydroxide, from 16.2%-34.3%, higher than those of the untreated fibers. Some physical and chemical changes also observed during modification, the rebound elasticity, softness of the fiber and the crease resistance as well would be improved by these changes, thus the serviceability of the products made from this fiber was greatly enhanced.
