以马鞍山市城市新区中心规划方案为例,讨论了在城市急速发展日寸期,我国城市规划中控制性详细规划与城市设计衔接问题,提出了解决这些问题的办法——“局部变更”,并探讨了“局部变更”的适用范围以及内容和尺度。

Based on the urban design of Maanshan central district as an example, this article discusses the problems linked up the regulatory detailed planning and the urban design during the city zooming period, gives a solution -Partial Modification to settle these problems and discusses its applicable range, content and confines.
