李家大院是近期发现的典型的川西北清代民居。就李家大院的聚居环境、建筑特点、院落布局及结构功能、艺术处理及细部装饰等方面作了较全面的阐述,对于总结川西北地区传统聚居经验、居住文化、建筑特色,补充和完善中国民居系谱都具有重要意义。

Lijia courtyard, a typical dwelling house built in Qing dynasty, was recently found in the west of Sichuan. This article makes an elaborate study of dwelling environment, architectural characteristics, layout of yards, structural functions, article conduct and decoration. It is the important meanings to summarize the traditional dwelling experience, dwelling culture and architectural characteristics in the Northwest district in Sichuan, and replenish and perfect the Chinese dwelling genealogy.
