摘要
目的 :探讨在正常月经周期子宫内膜中 ,抑制凋亡基因bcl- 2和促进凋亡基因Fas的表达及其与子宫内膜周期性变化的关系 ,以研究其对月经周期的调控作用。方法 :采用免疫组化ABC法检测 6 0例正常月经周期不同时限子宫内膜组织bcl- 2和Fas基因产物的表达特征。结果 :正常月经周期各时期 ,子宫内膜腺体细胞有不同程度的bcl- 2和Fas基因蛋白表达 ,增生期bcl- 2表达较强 ,其表达评分为 190 .2± 10 8.0 ,而Fas表达较弱 ,其表达评分为 14 9.2± 87.8;在分泌期Fas基因蛋白呈强表达 ,其表达评分为 2 5 1.8± 6 3.7,而bcl- 2基因蛋白呈弱表达 ,其表达评分为 2 15 8± 4 3.4 ;在正常月经周期子宫内膜中bcl- 2和Fas基因蛋白的表达呈负相关 ,其相关系数γ =- 0 .4(P =0 .0 12 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :抑制凋亡基因bcl- 2和促进凋亡基因Fas在人正常子宫内膜中表达的周期性变化 ,可能同子宫内膜周期性的增生、剥脱。
Objective: To study the association between the expression of bcl-2 and Fas and the development of normal endometrium. Methods: Bcl-2 and Fas expression were determined in endometrium from 60 cases of normal women by using immunohistochemical ABC technique. Results: Bcl-2 and Fas expression were detected in endometrial adenoepithelium and located in cell plasma. Bcl-2 and Fas scores in proliferative endometrium were 190.2±108.0 and149.2±87.8 respectively, in secretory endometrium, their scores were 21.5±43.4 and 251.8±63.7 respectively, their correlation coefficient (γ)=0.4(p=0.012<0.05). Conclusion: It is suggested from the study that bcl-2 and Fas expression play an important role in the proliferation and shedding of endometrium during normal menstrual cycle.
