摘要
为某动模实验室改造提出了基于Modbus协议的数字化监测和数据采集系统SCADA(Su鄄pervisoryControlandDataAcquisition)的构建。整个系统以SLC/505PLC为核心,以支持Modbus协议的PM170仪表作为测量单元,再通过Ethernet将数据传送给作为人机界面的GP触摸屏。改造完成后近一年的实际运行表明,整个监控系统是稳定、可靠、高效的,完全能够满足教学与科研的需要。
A SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System) is built on Modbus protocol for the retrofitting of a dynamic simulation lab. It takes SLC / 505 as its core and PM170 power meter,which supports Modbus protocol,as its measuring unit. All data are transferred to GP touch panel via Ethernet,which are used as human machine interface. One year's practical operation after retrofitting shows that the SCADA is stable,reliable and efficient,and meets the requirements of training and research.
