摘要
通过Park变换方法,利用感应电动机定子电流在dq坐标系中是一个“畸变圆”还是一个圆,来判断鼠笼转子有无故障,提出了一种感应电动机转子故障检测的新方法,并定义了与故障严重程度相关的“畸变圆”的畸变率。用数字仿真和实测结果验证了该方法的有效性,并给出了导条断裂根数和畸变率之间的关系式,以判断感应电动机鼠笼转子故障的严重程度。
The stator current is transformed in rotor-reference-frame by Park transformation. It is a circle in normal situation,while it becomes a distorted circle in fault situation. A new method to detect rotor cage fault of induction motor is put forward according to this,and the distortion rate related to fault severity is defined. Both simulation and experimental result demonstrate the effectiveness of this method. The relationship between the number of contiguous broken rotor bar and distortion rate is also given.
