摘要 针对变电站集中补偿和配电变压器低压侧分散补偿存在的不足,提出在10kV配电网中采用柱上无功自动补偿装置,达到提高功率因数、降低线损、改善电压质量的目的。从工程实际出发,确定了总体设计方案和元器件选取原则,设计了专用控制器,研制出10kV柱上无功自动补偿装置。该装置将一次和二次元件集成于户外箱体内,结构简单、性能稳定、成本低廉、安装维护方便。采用电压无功综合控制策略,以电压无功平面内的七区图作为投切判据,避免了投切振荡现象。 To overcome the disadvantage of concentrated reactive compensation in a substation or distributed reactive compensation at the low-voltage side of a distribution transformer,pole-mounted reactive compensation is proposed for 10 kV distribution system,which may raise the power factor,lower the line loss and improve power quality. According to engineering features,the principle of overall design and component selection is decided,the special controller is designed and the 10 kV pole-mounted reactive compensation equipment is developed. The primary and secondary components are aggregated in an outdoor case with simple structure,stable performance,low cost,and easy installation and maintenance. The integrated control principle of voltage and reactive power is adop-ted and the seven-zone switching criterion is used to avoid switching vibration.
