摘要
论述了真空断路器灭弧室真空度下降的原因、在线监测的必要性。根据电光变换法原理,研制了真空断路器灭弧室真空度在线监测装置,并投入实际运行。电光变换法的原理是利用某些光学元件在电场中能改变光学性能的原理,把与真空度对应的电场变化转换成光通量的变化,再经光纤传到低电场区或控制系统中进行检测。介绍了电光变换法的理论依据、原理结构,在线监测装置的系统结构和应用情况。
The reason of vacuum breaker quenching pot vacuity reduction and the necessity of vacuity online monitoring are discussed. A vacuity online monitoring set for vacuum breaker quenching pot is developed according to electric-light transform theory and put into operation. The variation of electromagnetic field according to vacuity is changed to luminous flux variation, which is then transmitted via optical fiber to low electromagnetic field and measured by control system. The electric-light transform theory,set configuration and application results are introduced.
