摘要
结合实际分析电网规划的理论研究与实践现状,根据电网规划的体系结构,提出一套较完整的实际网架规划工作步骤。在该步骤中采用了改进的遗传算法进行优化计算,并根据规划的特点进行了辅助计算。算例和实例证明了该步骤的有效性和实用性。本文的前两部分为“中长期负荷预测”和“电力系统负荷分区分布预测”,分别刊登在《国际电力》2003年第3和4期上。
In this paper, the status of practical electric network plannings and theoretical researches is analyzed. Afterprobing into the structure planning of electric network, we advance a set of integrated planning procedures which can beutilized in practical work . An enhanced genetic algorithm is used to optimize the planning, some calculations adjustedaccording to the characteristic of planning are also applied in the procedures. Simulation and planning examples of acertain city prove the validity and practicability of the procedures. All the content here is only one part of the whole paper.Another two parts middle and long term load forecastings and special load forecasting, were published seperately in the3rd and 4th issues of this magazine before.
