摘要
本文利用收集气体、测定腐蚀电流和模拟电池放电等方法来选择和检验缓蚀剂。结果表明:选用含2%Pb的锌粉和缓蚀剂BT,可以将汞含量从6%降为2%(占锌粉重),而且缓蚀剂还可明显地改善模拟电池的放电性能。
Corrosion inhibitors were selected and tested by method of collected gas, corrosion current measurement and simulated battery discharge. The results showed that zinc powder containing 2wt% Pb and corrosion inhibitor BT might lower the mercury contents from 6wt% to 2wt%. The discharge performance of the simulated battery could be remarkably improved.
