摘要
地理信息系统(GIS)包含大量基础数据信息,是电力配电网管理系统不可分割的部分。由于无法统一不同GIS提供的数据文件格式,在进行接口设计时对GIS数据的处理工作十分繁杂。文中介绍了一个基于XML格式的配电网GIS接口的设计方法。利用XML技术结构、内容和表现分离的特点,无需考虑原始数据文件的格式,只需提取其中的数据,根据文档类型定义(DTD)所定义的结构,通过设计一个XML解析器,将数据导入数据库中。该方法不仅使接口标准统一,大大简化了对GIS数据的处理过程,而且可以根据不同的用户需求以不同的格式描述相同的数据。
The geographical information system (GIS), which contains massive information on basic data, is an inalienable part of the distribution network management system. As it is impossible to unify the formats of the files provided by different GIS s, the processing of GIS data is onerous when designing the GIS interface. An extensible Markup Language-based (XML-based) interface designing method is presented for the power distribution network geographical information system. By utilizing XML's feature of separation between the structure, content and representation of a data and file, the data can be extracted alone without considering the format of the original data and file, and the structure is defined by the type of the document. The data can be led into the database through an XML parser. Apart from unifying the interface criterion and simplifying GIS data processing, this method makes it possible for identical data to be described in different formats according to different user demands.
