摘要
弱磁控制是利用直轴电枢反应产生一个反向磁场来抵消永磁磁场 ,获得等效弱磁磁场 ,实现电机在基速以上运转。它能提高无刷直流电机调速比 ,实现基速以上的恒功率控制 ,从而大大扩大了无刷直流电机的应用范围。本文在讨论瞬时功率理论基础上 ,提出了一种基于虚拟瞬时功率的无刷直流电机弱磁控制算法。实验结果表明本文提出的弱磁控制算法具有良好的控制性能 ,其基速以上调速比可达 2∶1。
The flux-weakening control method is adding a reversed magnetic field through armature reaction to obtain a weakened field and realize the operation of motor over base speed. It can provdie a wider adjusted speed range and realize the constant power control of BLDCM, which widely extends the use of it. An algorithm based on imaginary instantaneous power is provided in this paper to realize the flux-weakening control in BLDC motor. Experiment shows the high performance of the algorithm and the adjusted speed range over base speed can reach 2∶1.
