300MW机组斜流式循环水泵三维流场计算

摘要 针对国产300MW机组循环水泵现场运行效率低的问题,对循环水泵进行改进设计。通过改进设计和制造的300MW机组斜流式循环水泵在额定工况下效率可达90%左右。为了解其变工况特性,采用商业软件FLUENT对其新的叶轮及泵壳型线进行三维流场计算和分析,并对其在不同流量工况的流体状态分布进行模拟,为改进设计以满足变工况要求提供了理论依据。 In general, the operation efficiency of home-made circulating water pump for 300 MW unit is comparatively low. For this reason, the design of circulating water pump was improved. Through the improvement of design and fabrication, the efficiency of diagonal flow type circulating water pump for 300 MW unit under rated working condition could reach about 90%. In order to understand the characteristics of pump under variable working conditions, the calculation and analysis of 3D flow field of new impeller and pump casing profile were carried out by using commercial software package FLUENT, and also the simulation of fluid state distribution under different flow working conditions was carried out, affording the theoretical basis for improving design to meet the requirement of variable working conditions.
