中小企业污水处理池排放系统通常采用普通离心泵人工控制 ,由于气缚现象的存在 ,使得普通离心泵不能自吸启动 ,通过增加控制系统 ,采用压力传感器实现液位监测的改造 ,使得普通离心泵具有能够自吸启动的功能。该系统可实现污水处理的自动排放 ,大大减小了维护工作量 。

The drainage systems of sewage treatment pool of middle and small enterprises are usually controlled by manpower with common centrifugal pump. The common centrifugal pump can't start up by self suction due to existing of air bind phenomenon. By adding control system and adopting pressure sensor to realize the reformation of monitor and measure of liquid level,common centrifugal pump is made to have the function of self suction startup.The system can realize auto drainage of sewage treatment,which reduce the workload of maintenance largely and prolong the service life of centrifugal pump.
