新生Wistar鼠海马CA1区GFAP和Syp的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的 动态观察Wistar鼠生后 7~ 2 1d海马CA1区胶原纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)和突触素 (Syp)的表达并探讨其意义。方法 应用免疫组化的方法动态观察Wistar大鼠生后 7d、8d、10d、14d、2 1d海马CA1区GFAP和Syp的表达。结果 海马CA1区Syp和GFAP的表达随日龄增加而增加。 结论 Wistar大鼠海马CA1区GFAP和Syp的表达随日龄增加而增加 ,表明新生Wistar大鼠脑于生后大脑处于不断生长发育阶段 。 Objective To observe expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)and synaptophysin in hippocampal CA1 region of 7~21 day old Wistar rats. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to measure the expressions of GFAP and synaptophysin in the hippocampal CA1 region. Results The expression of synaptophysin and GFAP in hippocampal CA1 region increased with the increase of age. Conclusions The expression of synaptophysin and GFAP in hippocampal CA1 region increased with the increase of age. The brain of 21 day old Wistar rats is in upgrouwth stage. GFAP and Syp were a mark to study the upgrouwth of brain in newborn rats.
