国外协作式规划的理论研究与规划实践

Foreign Collaborative Planning Theory and Practice

本文首先从社会经济发展与规划理论基础两个方面,分析了国外协作式规划理论的研究背景,接着介绍了过去几十年里其概念发展历程、理论模型、规划要点及相关研究争议等,然后按跨国界、国家内部、跨流域、都市区等四个空间层面阐述了欧美国家的一些协作式规划实践,在此基础上归纳出协作式规划的成功经验,最后在结语部分提出了该经验对当前我国城市化快速发展地区的启示。

The paper firstly analysizes the background of foreign collaborative planning theory through the angels of social and economic development and basic planning theory. Secondly it introduces the evolution of the concept, theoretic models, planning outlines and correlative research disputes in the past several decades,then expatiates some foreign planning practices through four spatial levels which are national boundaries, national interior, valley and metropolitan area, thus summarizes experiences of collaborative planning. Finally it gives some advices to the rapidly urbanization areas of China.
