欧盟花费了6年时间来制定欧洲空间发展战略(ESDP),期望能够平衡欧洲地区的空间发展,协调欧洲空间发展中的各种政治与政策问题。作者回顾了ESDP发展的各个阶段,特别强调了各成员国在其中所起的不同作用,他观察到在规划编制过程中形成了各种联盟,而且这种联盟还会在欧洲层面的不同事务中发挥作用。
EU took six years to prepare the European Spatial Development Perspective. It aims at balancing of the spatial development in Europe and coordination of the various politic and policy problems. The author reviews the ESDP process, especially focuses on the different effect of the member states. He observes that various alliances have been formed and they will play their roles in Europe.
