摘要 聚合物能带隙工程作为半导体聚合物研究的新兴领域,对于半导体聚合物材料的应用以及半导体聚合物器件的各项性能的提高起着非常重要的作用.简要地说明了实施聚合物能带隙工程的缘由,然后详细地介绍了聚合物能带隙工程在导电聚合物、聚合物太阳能电池、电致发光二极管、场效应晶体管等的应用. Polymer band gap engineering is a new field on semiconducting polymers research.It is important for applications of semiconducting polymers and improvement of properties of their devices.The reason to carry out band gap engineering is explained,and its applications in conducting polymers, polymer solar cells,light-emitting diodes(LEDs),field-effect transistors (FETs) ,etc. are described briefly.
