应用柱凝集技术进行Rh血型抗原分型的研究

摘要 目的  探讨应用柱凝集技术进行Rh血型抗原分型的价值。方法  采用博唯优柱凝集系统对RhD( )献血员进行Rh血型抗原分型 ,对弱D型进行确认 ,并进行抗体筛选、鉴定。结果  共筛出RhD( )献血员 5 0 9例 ,Rh血型抗原分布频率ccdee >Ccdee >ccdEe >CCdee >CcdEe >ccdEE ,基因频率分布cde >Cde >cDE。筛出弱D型 16例 ,弱e型 1例。发现抗 D 7例 ,抗 M 2例 ,抗 c 1例。结论  柱凝集技术可有效应用于Rh血型抗原分型 ,对建立和完善Rh稀有血型库有重要价值。 Objective To evaluate the application of column agglutination technology in Rh blood group gene identification.Methods The column agglutination technology was used in the identification of Rh negative dornors,the classification of Rh antigen,the determination of weak type D,and the identification of the antibodies.Results 509 were initially selected as Rh negative.The distribution frequencies were as fottows:ccdee>Ccdee>ccdEe>CCdee>CCdEe>ccdEE,while the gene distribution frequencies were as follows:cde>Cde>cDE.Conclusion The column agglutination technology can be used effectively in the identification of Rh negative group.And it is valuable in the construction and improvement of rare blood bank.
