摘要
本文论述了从传统计划经济向商品经济过渡新的经济环境下,地勘单位企业化的必然性。认为实现地勘单位企业化的关键环节是按照商品货币关系改革地勘单位和国家地质勘探费拨款的关系;地勘单位只有企业化,才能建立并转换其经营机制。文章还提出了在转换地勘单位经营机制中应当解决的几个问题。
In view of the new economic environment in which thetraditional planned economy is shifting towards commodity economy, theessay expounds the inevitability of enterprization of geological prospectingunits. It points out that the main approach to attain this goal is totransform their relation with prospecting funds appropriated by the stateto suit the needs of commodity economy, and that only when enterprizationis realized can a new operating mechanism be established in these units.Several problems to be tackled for successful transformation of the oldoperating mechanism are discussed.
