文章通过对西南有色地质勘查局310队,独资和与地方合资兴办的两个铜选厂,几年来在效益上存在的反差的分析,认为其根本原因在于这两个厂经营机制上的差异,说明了转换经营机制是搞活企业和地勘单位的关键。
Through an analysis of the contrasting economic resultsachieved by two different copper dressing plants of the No. 310 Geologicalprospecting party of the Southwest Geological Exploration Bureau overthe past few years, the author deems the basic reason for the disparitylies in that these two plants——one run by the party itself, the other ajoint venture absorbing local investment——operated under differentmechanisms, which showed that a change of the operational mechanismof geological prospecting units is of key importance to their revitalization.
