摘要 2003年6月加拿大卫生部正式公布了《天然保健品规则》,该立法将对中医药出口加拿大产生较大影响。本文从立法历史和管理的角度,分析了中医药在加拿大所面临的新的机遇和困难。 Yuan yinJin(School of Chemical Engineering and Technology, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072)A new act for natural health products has been approved by the Canadian Ministry of Health, which will exert great influence on the importation of Chinese medicines into that country. From the sides of the history of legislation and management this article analyzes new difficulties and chances Chinese medicines would be faced with in Canada.
