灰毡毛忍冬花蕾中绿原酸和咖啡酸的含量测定 被引量:7

摘要 目的:比较18种不同来源灵芝的多糖含量差异。方法:采用超声法提取,以0.2%蒽酮-H2SO4显色,紫外分光光度法测定多糖含量。结果:不同来源灵芝中多糖含量具有明显差异,以东北大袋料培养的灵芝多糖含量最高为2.74%,以广东野生赤芝含量最低为1.60%。结论:不同来源的灵芝由于地理环境因素和培养条件的不同,多糖含量存在明显差异,提示不能简单的以灵芝产地和栽培条件评价其质量。本实验为灵芝内在质量评价和为扩展灵芝资源提供参考依据。 Objective: To scientifically assess the medicinal value of Lonicera Macrathoids Hands-Mazz on the basis of the content of Chlorogenic acid and cafeine acid in it. Method To compare the content of Chlorogenic acid and cafeine acid extracted from Lonicera Macrathoids Hands-Mazz produced in Hunan Province with that extracted from A-class Flos Lonicerae cultivated in Shandong and Henan provinces by the method of high performance liquid chromatography. Result The percentage content of chlorogenic acid in Lonicera Macrathoids Hands-Mazz from the counties of Lonhui, Xupu and Xinning in Hunan Province and that in Flos Lonicerae from Hennan and Shandong provinces of China respectively are as follows: 3.967±0.2724, 2.674±0.1408, 4.514±0.0182, 2.415±0.1913 and 2.104±0.1684 and the percentage content of caffeine acid in them are: 0.0536±0.0063, 0.0424±0.0086, 0.0447±0.0033, 0.0477±0.0023 and 0.0647±0.00645 respectively. Conclusion The content of Chlorogenic acid in the buds of Lonicera Macrathoids Hands-mazz is far or slightly higher than that in A-class Flos Lonicerae and the content of caffeine acid in the former is close to or a little bit higher than that in the latter.
