H.264标准率失真优化编码算法的改进

摘要 要提高编码视频流在丢包信道中对误码的鲁棒性,基于率失真理论的帧内刷新优化编码算法是一种较为有效的解决办法。在分析了H.264标准采用的率失真优化编码算法的技术特点和不足的基础上,提出了一种改进算法。仿真实验表明,提出的算法可以有效降低H.264标准算法中存在的计算冗余,提高编码效率。 Rate-distortion optimization based intra refresh coding algorithm is one of the effective solutions to improve the robustness of coded video in packet-loss environment. After analysing the character and drawback of RD optimized coding algorithm used by H.264 standard, an improved algorithm is proposed. Simulation has shown that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the computing redundancy in standard algorithm to improve the coding efficiency.
