摘要
本文结合华北地区冰情的特征,从理论和实践上进行了系统论述,提出了冰的物理力学性能,和冰荷裁的计算理论、方法,对港口、航道、输水渠道、拦污栅、水库堤埝边坡、泵站、前池等水工程防冰害的对策,从而对水工程防冰害的设计、施工和管理都具有重要的作用。
The paper presents a systematic description of the characteristics of ice conditions in North China area, both theoretically and practically. Presented in the paper are also the physicomechanical properties of ice, the calculation theory and method of ice loads as well as the measures against possible ice damage on hydraulic works such as ports, navigation channels, water conveying canals, sewage gratings, Slope of reservoir dams, pumping houses and frontal basins of pumping houses, thus providing significant guidelines for the designing, construction and operation of hydraulic works against any posssible ice damage.
