摘要 【目的】探讨鼻咽癌病人外周血中CK-19 mRNA表达与鼻咽癌临床的关系。【方法】用荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测97例鼻咽癌病人及26例正常人外周血中CK-19 mRNA的表达量。【结果】鼻咽癌病人外周血中CK-19 mRNA阳性表达94%(91/97),健康对照组阳性表达8%(2/26);T4期病人及远处转移病人外周血中CK-19 mRNA拷贝数显著升高,CK-19 mRNA拷贝数与鼻咽癌临床分期呈正相关。【结论】荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测鼻咽癌病人外周血CK-19 mRNA表达,方法简单、准确,在预测鼻咽癌远处转移及准确临床分期方面有一定可行性。 [Objective] To investigate the relationship between the expression of CK-19 mRNA and the clinical stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). [Methods] Real-time transcription-PCR assay was used to detect the expression of CK-19 mRNA in peripheral blood of 97 patients with NPC and 26 healthy individuals. [Results] The positive rate of CK-19 mRNA expression in peripheral blood of NPC and healthy individuals was 94% (91/97) and 8% (2/26) respectively. The copy number of CK-19 mRNA expression was significantly enhanced in T4 stage patients and patients with metastasis. There was a good correlation between the clinical stage and the level of CK-19 mRNA. [Conclusion] The real-time transcription-PCR is a simple and accurate assay for detecting the expression of CK-19 mRNA in patients with NPC. It may be used to predict the early metastasis of NPC and to make an accurate classification of clinical stage.
