螺旋CT多期扫描对肝脓肿的诊断意义

Multiphasic spiral CT scanning for diagnosis of liver abscess

目的 :探讨肝脓肿螺旋CT多期扫描表现及相关病理改变。方法 :对 2 2例患者 3 0个病灶的螺旋CT平扫、动脉、门脉期扫描征象及相关病理改变进行回顾性分析。结果 :肝脓肿在螺旋CT扫描征象上具有多样性 ,其CT征象与肝脓肿所处时期密切相关。结论 :螺旋CT多期扫描有助于肝脓肿的诊断 ,同时 ,对判断肝脓肿的病理过程和指导临床工作具有重要意义。

Objective:To investigate the spiral CT manifestations of liver abscess and correlative pathologic findings.Methods:CT signs and correlative pathologic findings of 30 lesions in 22 cases with liver abscess were analyzed retrospectively.Results:CT signs of liver abscess were variable on multi phasic spiral CT scans and were correlative to pathologic processes.Conclusion:Multiphasic spiral CT scan is beneficial to diagnosis of liver abscess and it is also significant in confirmation of pathologic processes and in treatment planning.
